All sales made through BrookeFogg.com are considered final. However, we understand that there may be instances where the product is damaged during shipping. In such cases, we would be happy to assist you.

Please note that we only accept returns if the item you received is damaged during the shipping process.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. You must inform us within 5 days from the date you received the item.
  2. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. You need to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please understand that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
